LRF ENTERPRISES® will attempt to determine, diagnose and repair/upgrade or service your device through a (BEST EFFORT BASIS) via remote access for an applicable fee. We will be accessing your device for diagnosis and troubleshooting purposes only. Remote access repair services generally require a working broadband Internet connection to the computer under repair but can include voice telephone or email consultation services. In some instances, a successful repair is not possible due to unforeseen problems with your computer’s hardware, software or configuration. Under these circumstances, LRF ENTERPRISES® is not liable for incomplete repairs.

By accepting a remote connection to
LRF ENTERPRISES® online remote repair service (LRF Quick Support™ ) including diagnostics, upgrade, installation, setup, backup or other services from LRF ENTERPRISES®, you are acknowledging that you have read and understand these TERMS AND CONDITIONS as described below. AS NOTED BELOW, BY CHECKING THE “I AGREE” BOX, YOU ALSO AGREE TO ALL THE LRF QUICK SUPPORT™ SERVICE TERMS AND ALL OF THE SERVICE AND DIAGNOSTIC CONDITIONS AND FEES THAT APPLY.


A refund will only be available if no remote support session has commenced, meaning we were unable to establish a remote connection to your device due to some unforeseen reason. If we cannot connect on the first attempt, we will try to resolve the issue via email or telephone support before a refund will be granted. Refunds are for the purchase price of the remote support plan only. We do not refund any bank fees or charges that you may have incurred.


It is not our usual practice to access customer data. Any customer data temporarily archived by LRF ENTERPRISES®, either by customer’s separate service request or in the course of a remote access repair session, will not be shared in any manner or with any other entity or person, in accordance with applicable law regarding confidentiality of customer data.
Backup Data Prior to Service:


During the course of repair, customer personal data can be lost and unrecoverable. You agree and understand that it is your responsibility to maintain copies of ALL data on your computer and to obtain and/or make such copies and/or archives to external media PRIOR to authorizing LRF Quick Support™ to commence remote services for you. LRF ENTERPRISES® staff, partners or affiliates are not responsible for lost, missing, unrecoverable or damaged data that may occur during a repair/service session. By acceptance of this agreement and remote session connection to LRF Quick Support™ you agree and affirm that you have made a backup copy, to an external archive, of any/all data on your computer’s hard drive that you wish to retain. 
Services Terms:  


You have requested remote access repair service which includes repair, evaluation, diagnostics, upgrade, installation, setup, malware* removal, backup or other services on your computer, cell phone, tablet etc. from LRF ENTERPRISES®. (NOTE that at the conclusion of any remote access repair session that is terminated by either the customer or LRF Consulting & Media; the data connection and all access between LRF ENTERPRISES® and the customers; computer, cell phone, tablet etc. is completely severed and LRF ENTERPRISES® can no longer access the customers’ device without the customers’ explicit authorization to make a new connection.


Payment for LRF Quick Support™ remote repair services are rendered due before any remote connection between LRF ENTERPRISES® and the customers’ device is to be established.
Damage Waiver:


Unless otherwise agreed in writing, LRF ENTERPRISES® is not liable for, and you agree to hold LRF ENTERPRISES® harmless, from any and all damages, costs and expenses incurred as the result of any loss, defect or damage to any software or data residing or recorded in your device, whether incurred during the course of LRF ENTERPRISES® services or otherwise. If service involves transferring information or installing software, you represent that you have the legal right to use/copy the information and to use the software and agree to the terms of the software license, and you authorize LRF ENTERPRISES® to transfer the information and accept such terms on your behalf in performing the service.
Limited Warranty:


By accepting your order for service on your computer, LRF ENTERPRISES® warrants that service will be performed to the best of our ability. LRF ENTERPRISES® does not warrant that the service provided by LRF ENTERPRISES® will perform at a particular speed, bandwidth or data throughput rate.  Virus and malware* eradication will be done to the best of our ability using the most up-to date techniques and professional software removal tools. There are no implied or other warranties made by LRF ENTERPRISES® with respect to repairs or services. LRF ENTERPRISES® total liability to you for any and all damages whatsoever is limited to the amounts paid to LRF ENTERPRISES® for the services rendered.
Certification and Acceptance:         


By clicking the link to launch the remote session, I will accept service from LRF ENTERPRISES® and acknowledge that I have read and understand these terms and conditions and agree to all terms and conditions stated herein. I ALSO AGREE TO LRF ENTERPRISES® ONLINE REMOTE REPAIR SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ALL FEES THAT MAY APPLY.
